Perfect after-sales service
Fast, professional and localized after-sales service is one of the Wancom's major features. Wancom has a professional after-sales service and maintenance team including engineers, and specialized technicians. They will analyze the customer needs, design economical and effective service plan, record the operation status of the system, and offer technical training to customer's employees. Wancom can provide technical support both within and beyond the warranty period, provide support at both customer site and the customer service center, and provide spares. In addition, a comprehensive remote monitor and control system is established at the customer service center of Wancom, which can perform remote testing and diagnosis on the equipment and system of the customer, so that the company can provide customers with most prompt after-sales service.
