Mux-2000/Demux-2000
Mux-2000/Demux-2000 is a specially designed and developed
multiplex/de-multiplex equipment used in large-scale page
system, which can simultaneously transmit multiple page
information. It can supply multimedia broadcast service
while completing the page broadcast.
When the page information is transmitted through the satellite
or the terrestrial communication network, the communication
capacity offered by the satellite or the terrestrial communication
network is enormously larger than that of page information.
Hence, in order to save the transmission resources, multi-channel
page information usually can be processed and formed a
high-speed time-division trunk data. Each page information,
then, is broadcasted out after de-multiplexing the high-speed
trunk data and restoring its original at the page base
station.
Mux-2000 processes (n x 8) channels' POCSACE and FLEX
input page information and forms the high-speed time-division
trunk data for transmission.
Mux-2000 can provide remote control port and multi-MUXs
cascade link port, and after cascade-link, it can provide
more channels multiplex capability.

Demux-2000 processes the high-speed time-division trunk
data and output 4/8/16/20/24 channels' POCSAGE or FLEX
page information to the page broadcast equipment or
terminal at the page base station.
Demux-2000 is fully adaptive to the trunk data rate
and supports the remote control function. It also has
multi-MUXs cascade link port, GPS port, primary/secondary
interface. After cascade-link, it can provide more channels'
multiplexing capability.
